Catalog description

The purpose of this course is to grow in self-understanding as helping persons to understand the context for situations of care, to learn an approach to pastoral care that can serve as a framework for working with people in a variety of crisis situations, to foster empathetic ways of listening and responding and to develop skills of self-criticism about our pastoral care work.
