This courseteaches the fundaments of New Testament sub-topics: Jesus comes into the world, study of ways Jesus could have been introduced to Indigenousricans in a loving wa How could Jesus enhance our culture? How does Jesus fulfill the ways indigenous cultures already connected us to God? Jesus was Indigenous. He was tribal Definitely not European. What was he doing that is Indigenous, that reminded the Jews about those tribal ways? The course also addresses Indigenous Gospel Narratives, reading chapters fromt he following resources: Richard Twis and Missionary Conquest from Gorge Tinker. Jesus on our Journey, How does that parallel the journey our people are on? Journey with Jesus. We make the choice to live with love and justice, and issues relevant to indigenous context. Food connects us to, like Jesus with food.
