Catalog description

This course will highlight on oral storytelling and Indigenous perspective and teach how Genesis and Exodus were written down, Babylon captivity just like Native people captive in their own country. It will educate prophet Isaiah's prophesiof Jesus, how OT is where we all started - Natives are OT people becasue they were tribal people and had that direct relationship with GOD. The Exodus story means something different for Indigenous Americans - we are the Canaanites in the story, not the colonizer. It will emphasize on Leviticus, the Jewish culture and how to read the Bible.
