Catalog description

Taught by DSPT. This course examines the theology of angels and demons in the Christian tradition, with a focus on the teaching of St. Thomas Aquinas. It will include the history of doctrine, as well as systematic reflection on how angelology can shed light on our current theological conceptions of God, Christ, and humanity. Format: lecture & discussion, with some student-led seminar & discussion sessions. MA Theology, MDiv, and other master's students welcome.
