Catalog description

This travel abroad experience acts as a mega sport event or sport governance centered clinical field experience, immersing Sport Management students into the real work of sport leaders. The international travel is performed under the direct supervision of a Cal Lutheran instructor who is a member of the faculty of the Sport Management program with significant sport leadership experience. A wide range of activities and experiences, including a specialized and in-depth project, are included in the travel abroad course. Personal reflection, organization of activities, and self-assessment are important components of the international practicum experience.
