Taught by DSPT. Nicknamed "The Cinematic Salon," this class offers a theological reflection of contemporary cinema in which students meet after viewing a selected film and analyze it from a variety of perspectives: theological, spiritual, and aesthetic. Knowledge of religion and film is a prerequisite. Emphasis on group discussion with presentations and term paper. Seminar format. Evaluation made on class presentations and discussion and final paper. Intended audience: MA/MTS, DMin, PhD/ThD. [Faculty Consent required]
