Catalog description

Continued instruction and practice in academic research skills for professionals in business and social science fields. Emphasis is placed on synthesizing multiple sources in producing a literature review or white paper on their focused topic. Students develop a topic of inquiry throughout the course by critically analyzing scholarly and professional sources and effectively integrating source material into a complex argument. This course is three credits. Graded A - F. A grade of C- or higher is required to fulfill the IDEAS Written Communication General Education requirement.
