Catalog description

This course introduces students to the field of forensic psychology and the application of psychological principles in the context of the criminal justice system. Students will encounter topics such as police psychology, investigations, legal consulting and testifying, victimology, and corrections. By analyzing the intersection of psychology and the law, students will develop a comprehensive understanding and ability to apply the principles of forensic psychology to real-world criminal investigations, court proceedings, and rehabilitation efforts.
