Catalog description

This course explores how social circumstances and personal attributes shape individuals' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Students will analyze and critically engage in topics such as social cognition and perception, the self, personality traits, social influence, attraction, aggression, and prejudice. Through a combination of lectures, discussions, and activities, students will develop a comprehensive understanding of psychological processes and behavior within a diverse range of social settings. Additionally, they will be able to identify and apply these insights in their own lives.
