Independent Study

Catalog description

The Organizational Leadership major offers independent studies that provide students with the opportunity to explore leadership-related topics and projects beyond the structured curriculum. These faculty-supervised projects are individually structured and developed, allowing students the option to propose a project and/or topic that aligns with their interests. Students who engage in an independent study must possess a high level of self-motivation and a solid foundation in leadership principles and theories.
