Leadership Capstone

Catalog description

The capstone requires students to integrate and apply core knowledge and research skills to the analysis of leadership issues in multiple formats. Students will refresh their knowledge from previous organizational leadership courses reviewing the history and origins of leadership, theoretical approaches to leadership, and the essence of exemplary leadership. They will synthesize and apply skills from the Organizational Leadership curriculum to research, design and effect change in a personally meaningful real world problem.
