Catalog description

This course is designed to prepare students to address conflict and aid negotiation within an organization. Students will examine the relationship between organizational context and structure, leadership and communication styles, as well as the most common sources of workplace disputes. Students will evaluate the processes by which organizations typically resolve disputes. Students will apply this knowledge to current organizational conflicts, designing a conflict analysis and suggested resolution strategies.
