Catalog description

This course provides opportunities for students to use standards, pedagogical skills, and reflective practice to understand how to coach others and enable them to achieve their potential. Students will examine how to relate in a coaching relationship and how to produce improved performance in themselves. Students will also learn the theories and practice the skills needed to become more effective in helping others achieve their goals.
