Creativity and Innovation

Catalog description

In this course students will be asked to analyze theories of creativity and innovation and investigate key topics that influence contemporary leadership decisions. Students will identify their leadership styles and assess their leadership skills to best facilitate innovation. Students will learn via self-knowledge and creativity, and enhance their ability to build teams, manage change, and innovate.
