Leadership Across Cultures

Catalog description

This course will provide students with skills and perspectives to develop individuals, groups, and organizations within and across cultures. Theoretical and analytical tools will be examined in order to best assess and support leadership decisions in an inter-cultural context. This course will prepare students to become effective global leaders by (a) expanding students' perspectives regarding human motivation and behavior, and (b) developing effective skills in intercultural communication, negotiation, and leadership.
