Organizational Leadership Ethics

Catalog description

This course introduces the issues related to ethics in the workplace. Students will examine the role leaders have within the organization in encouraging and enabling ethical behavior. Students will critique theories and practices used to identify and address ethical issues in an organization. Furthermore, students will evaluate the impact of organizational ethics at an individual, group and organizational level.
