Catalog description
This course explores how systematic organizational interventions are accomplished within complex human networks. Students will examine how leadership practices and theories can be used to assess an organization's current state and formulate routes to its improvement. Additionally the role of internal and external consultants will be analyzed, including evaluating the resulting impact on human behavior and organizational performance.
