Organizational Behavior

Catalog description

This course will provide students with an understanding of the behavior of individuals and groups in organizations. The focus is on providing an understanding of the various ways leaders can be effective within organizations. Attention is given to the roles of individual attributes, group dynamics and organizational structure in determining levels of performance at work and the role that leaders play in organizational structures.
