Catalog description

This course provides an overview of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and its practical implications for business. Students will examine how ethical, environmental, and social concerns affect corporations' role in society as well as their strategy, management and governance. The course not only emphasizes how firms can minimize their negative externalities but also how they can strategically engage in CSR to have a positive impact on society and/or the environment.
