In this course, students examine management concepts and tools to understand, analyze, and critique contemporary organizations and the ways in which they are managed. Students learn and apply knowledge derived from practice and research in Organizational and Management Studies. The course covers topics such as decision-making, planning, leadership, organizational design, as well as management control.
