Taught by PSR. This course is an excursion into various forms of organizational leadership in church and community. It includes pre-requisites for leadership, defining leadership, and embodying leadership. The course lifts up the importance of the self and what leaders bring to leadership. It explores the dynamics between the leaders and the communities (or organizations) they serve. The course seeks to the soul of the students. Course format: seminar.
