This foundational course introduces students to the concepts, tools, and techniques of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) using ArcGIS Pro (online version). Students will learn to collect, manage, visualize, and interpret spatial data through practical exercises and real-world case studies. Emphasis is placed on spatial thinking, map literacy, and the use of GIS as an analytical and communication tool.
