Catalog description

An exploration of the expressive visual components of design, including space, line, shape, tone, color, rhythm, and movement, and how these elements are organized and exploited into narrative structure and storytelling. Using the fundamentals of design, students will create professional project documentation that clearly articulates storytelling goals and objectives. This class integrates both visual and verbal communication through the preparation of story summaries, visual assets, and presentations of sequential image storytelling projects.
