Catalog description

This course offers an advanced analysis of accounting for business combinations and the preparation of consolidated financial statements. Students will evaluate mergers and acquisition details, as well as Securities and Exchange Commission reporting standards. Students will also analyze accounting for partnerships, fund accounting and capital budgeting.
