Principles of Business Taxation

Catalog description

In this course students will analyze and apply tax laws and issues pertaining to business entities such as partnerships, C-corporations and S-corporations. In addition to the taxation of business entities, course content will ask students to examine the taxation of estates and trusts and expand upon the study of personal taxation introduced in Principles of Individual Taxation.
