This course explores budgeting and cost control systems, including an overview of different costing strategies and approaches. Students will analyze costing outcomes and reports and consider key performance indicators and metrics as related to costing variance. The course asks students to identify and apply the methods available to measure and evaluate costs and business scenarios for decision-making and performance evaluation purposes.
