Catalog description

Provides a basic understanding of the physics underlying the properties and production of x-rays and interaction with matter. Fundamentals include atomic structure, principles of magnetism and current, electrical delivery, and x-ray tube design. Prerequisite: Acceptance to the Cabrillo College Radiologic Technology Program.
