Catalog description

Orients students to the National Registry Exam for Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT). Covers creating an NREMT account, the exam application process, and exam methodology. Students will take practice and simulated exams covering content areas including airway, respiration, and ventilation; cardiopulmonary resuscitation; trauma; medical/obstetrics/gynecology; and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) operations in preparation for the NREMT. May be offered in a distance-learning format.
