Covers the methodology and techniques for residential construction from a skills and vocational point of view. Topics include safety, tools, equipment, materials, foundation layout, framing, sheathing and siding, roof layout, roof framing, roof sheathing, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, insulation, drywall, interior and exterior carpentry, and finishes. May be offered in a distance-learning format.
