Catalog description
This course provides parents and caregivers with an overview of emotional health. Participants will learn to identify and understand signs of mental health distress and applicable tools to regulate emotional reactions, resulting in reducing stigma and encouraging supportive conversations. The focus is on exploring factors that influence mental health and emotional regulation in our homes. The course will provide protective measures and skills needed to aid in healthy coping and regulation strategies for parents, caregivers, and youth in the community. Unlimited repeats. Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory only.
