Catalog description
This course covers distinctive patterns of behavior, including the thoughts and emotions that characterize individuals' adaptation to life. It examines four major approaches to the study of personality: psychoanalytic, behavioral, trait dispositional, and humanistic. Students study varying degrees of emphasis on processes or forces impinging on individuals' interaction with their environment.
