Catalog description

This course provides an introduction to the nature of electricity in general, in-depth coverage of direct current electrical theory and laboratory practices. Topics covered include static electricity, the Bohr Atom, Ohm's Law, Kirchhoff's Law, network theorems, and magnetism. Class meets: 3 hrs. lecture; 3 hrs. lab.
