Undergraduate Research Assistantship

Catalog description

In this course, students will work in collaboration with faculty on a research project. The project may involve primary data collection and analysis, secondary data analysis, or a meta-analysis of previously published studies on a topic or research question of sociological significance. This course may be used for both Sociology and Criminology programs as an upper-level elective; students seeking Criminology credit for the course must be working on criminology research.
