Explores the moral status of legality and the legal status of morality, the status of unjust laws, and the role of moral judgments of lawmakers. Is a good law one that does good? This course is the same as SSC 338 , and course repeat rules will apply. Students should consult with their major department regarding any restrictions on their degree requirements.
