Leadership Development II

Catalog description

Acceptance into the School of Management Honors program and successful completion of MGB 360 (Leadership Development Program I) are pre-requisites for MGB 361(Leadership Development Program II) course. MGB 361 will provide students the opportunity to be debriefed on the individualized developmental plan started in MGB 360 . The final product will be a personalized Competency Action Plan (CAP) portfolio, where students will integrate feedback from various assessments from MGB 360 , and applicable plans derived from completion of honors program flex credits, internships (if applicable), study abroad experiences (if applicable), research experiences (if applicable) proposed development actions, etc. The purpose of the CAP is to stimulate a process of self-directed learning to be modified and adjusted as needed and it is meant to be a living document and guide for future professional strategic plan.
