Catalog description

This course provides a comprehensive exploration of advanced algorithmic techniques, with a strong emphasis on optimization algorithms and their applications in statistical and data-driven contexts. Students will gain a deep understanding of fundamental algorithm principles and optimization strategies, enabling them to tackle complex problems in data science, machine learning, and operations research. Students will also be introduced to object-oriented programming in python.
