Catalog description
This course is an introduction to Kant’s moral philosophy in the critical period. We will focus on Kant's moral philosophy as expounded in the Groundwork, the second Critique, and the Religion, supplementing our readings with the relevant secondary literature. We will also devote a few classes to contemporary discussions and critiques of Kant’s and Kantian ethics.
