Real Analysis II

Catalog description

A second course in real analysis, in this class we study measure theory and integration as well as Hilbert spaces. Among the many topics we study will be abstract measure and integration theory, Fourier transform, linear functionals and the Riesz representation theorem, compact operators, and the spectral theorem. The course may also include additional material of interest to the students and instructor.
