Catalog description

The approach this course shall take is in understanding the various tools used to plan when the future is less than certain. The course is centered around the scenario planning method, incorporating other tools such as nominal group technique, the Delphi Method, and Set-Based Design. The key learning outcome is to gain an understanding of how strategic planning, regardless of tool, is ultimately about building consensus across the organization, to communicate strategically in order to act strategically.
