Authors to be considered include Twain, Harte, Crane, Austin, Cather, Doctorow, Reed, Leonard, and L'Amour. Films: Destry Rides Again, Stagecoach, Rio Bravo, The Seven Samurai, Fistful of Dollars, Dirty Harry, The Man from Laramie, Paint your Wagon, Act of Violence , among others. Enrollment limited to 20.
