Catalog description

How often have you fallen in love with the power of a word, or the crispness and clarity of a sentence, or the cadence of a writer’s voice? We can often hear or feel when a particular creative work has style, but identifying that style and then trying to use it can be challenging. As EB White says, when we talk about style, we leave solid ground. Through a close appreciation of literary styles, including classic, poetic, continuous, spare, and additive styles, we will stay on solid ground. Our goal is to identify, practice, and refine the beauty, brevity, and depth of your creative voice in a supportive and encouraging setting.
