We aim to create programs that change the world, but who determines how their success is measured? In this course, we will interrogate how culture and context should inform program evaluation while supporting organizations across Rhode Island. You will explore, design, and conduct monitoring and evaluation activities using a culturally responsive approach. The course will provide exposure to various educational topics and build your skills in areas throughout the evaluation flywheel, preparing you for complex research and evaluation careers.
