Catalog description
Innovative concepts in the construction industry are highly prized when they are proven to reduce time and increase efficiency. Many of these concepts leverage technology to perform tasks that may be time intensive or impossible without automated assistance. However, adopting new methods is a challenge when companies lack the skills to use technology or hesitate to invest in new procedures. This course introduces students to burgeoning technologies and provides them with problem-solving skills to know when and how to use construction technologies effectively.
