Catalog description
This course involves the act of creating a virtual model of a building that can be used for making design decisions, construction document creation, and rendered presentations. Students will learn the principles of virtual modeling using BIM software. Both 2D and 3D presentations will be produced throughout this course. Simple computer rendering techniques will be explored to discover building material and lighting possibilities.
