Human Behavior in Soc Env

Catalog description

This course investigates multiple theories of human behavior and person-in-environment that equip students with a sound theoretical understanding when working with clients on the individual, family, group, organization, and community levels. In addition, this course explores how knowledge of human development across the lifespan and cultural responsiveness influence the appropriate application of theory during the engagement, assessment, and intervention phases of the generalist social work practice model.
