Catalog description
This course is focused on the use of computer tools and modeling techniques to support business operations analysis and decision-making. The ability to collect, organize, interpret, and effectively communicate the relevant information is an important skill that is much needed to support business operations. This course will give students the opportunity to strengthen these skills using a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet application. Particular attention will be given to advanced spreadsheet capabilities, including some programming with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
