Catalog description

This course is designed to explore the principles and practices of effective leadership within the context of Recreation Management. Students will examine various leadership theories, models, and styles, with a focus on their application in recreational settings. Emphasis will be placed on developing essential leadership skills, including communication, decision-making, team building, conflict resolution, and strategic planning. The leadership concepts and skills learned in this course would be beneficial in any other field.
