Catalog description
This course will provide students the opportunity to study and clarify their understanding of the foundational revelations, doctrine, historical events, and people relevant to the ongoing Restoration of the Church of Jesus Christ as found in key sections of the Doctrine and Covenants, Church History, and the teachings of latter-day prophets. Students will increase their abilities to seek truth, evaluate the validity and reliability of source material, and discern truth from error. As students develop greater faith in Jesus Christ and stronger testimonies of the restored gospel, they will increase their commitment to making and keeping sacred covenants and be better prepared to share the message of the Restoration.
