Catalog description
This course will help students learn how to apply psychological principles to improve people's work performance in organizations. Students will learn about the quality of life of workers, the measurement of work performance, the training of the workforce, the development of new organizational structures, the improvement of work designs and employee selection models, the management of change, the improvement of leadership, etc.
