Catalog description
In this course, students learn a practical skill that is in high demand-the ability to transform conflict as third-party mediators. They explore basic theories of interpersonal and group conflict, along with various conflict transformation methods. Through practical exercises, they refine effective mediation approaches, philosophies, and practices that can be employed to build greater peace in their homes, workplaces, and communities.
